Adoption Application

This adoption application does not put a hold a certain kitten or cat for you, but it does give you priority over other people who are interested in the same cat. You must have an approved application and pay the adoption fee (in cash or by Pay Pal) for a cat to be held for you. If you are interested in adopting a cat on the adoption days at PETsMART and have already submitted an application, it is best to be there at the start time or slightly before, so that you can get the cat that you are most interested in. Please check the adoption fair schedule on the main page of the web site. The adoption fee is Cash Only - No Checks at the Adoption Fairs. You can pay for an adoption before the Adoption Fairs through PayPal, click here. Be sure your application has been approved first.

Once the adoption application is approved and the adoption fee is paid, there are no refunds. If you do forfeit the adoption, you may request a receipt to enable you to deduct the donation on your taxes.

If you change your email address after you submit this application, and you are still interested in adopting a cat, please complete this adoption application again. We can't contact you if we don't have your current email address.

The adoption fee is CASH ONLY at the Adoption Fairs- No Checks Accepted. You can pay for an adoption before the Adoption Fairs through PayPal, click here.  Be sure your application has been approved BEFORE you pay for the adoption.  Bring a copy of your PayPal receipt when you pick up your cat.

RescueCats makes NO guarantees about the kittens/cats health or temperament and will not pay for ANY vet expenses after adoption. By typing your initials in the box below, you are agreeing to this term.
