This is what it's like rescuing cats!  You want each and every single precious kitty cat to be scooped up into your loving arms and placed into forever-homes where they will be cherished, as they deserve to be.  This is the energy behind RescueCats. We are made of dozens volunteers who want nothing more than to help as many cats and kittens stay out of the euthanization chambers, off the streets and find their way into the heart of a caring human.

As we enter our ninth year in the business of rescuing cats we face another kitten season where volunteers run out of bathrooms and closets to use as temporary kitten nurseries and kitty "condos" are at full occupancy, quite litterally. Many volunteers spend more time running kittens to and from spay/neuter appointments than they did running their own kids to their own activities!  It is truly a full-time labor of love to pepare homeless cats to be house pets!
