DOWNING FOUNDATION AWARDS GRANT TO RESCUECATS, INC.

(Atlanta, Georgia, March 21, 2008) –  RescueCats, Inc. has been awarded a $7,600 grant from the Georgia S. Downing Trust, administered by Wachovia Trust.  These funds will be used to support the organization’s spay and neuter efforts.
