If you are relinquishing a cat that was previously adopted from us, we will do our best to give you top priority.  Please keep in mind that ths is your cat, and not leased or rented from RescueCats. The same rules apply to you that apply to everyone else. This includes vaccinations & testing being up to date and records indicating such. See the list of rules at Relinquishment Information. We do not accept drop off cats at PETsMART or at any foster home as we stay full all year long. Any pet abandoned at PETsMART may trigger legal action by PETsMART.
